HOW TO APPLY

1. Fill out the application form

Please have ALL INDIVIDUALS who are above the age of 18, and will be residing in the unit, complete the application (download here). All parties will need to complete an application separately.

2. Choose your unit

Please indicate your unit selection under the "Additional Comments" section of the application form. Indicating your selection increases your chance of being awarded your selection. You can view all plans on our interactive plans page.

3. Email us your completed form(s)

Send completed application form(s) to info@empresschilliwack.com to book your viewing.

4. Schedule your viewing

Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a convenient 30-min tour of our show home.

5. COVID-19 safety

Please be prepared to follow mandatory COVID-19 Safety Protocols, so bring your mask and maintain social distancing.
